Hormone Yoga Therapy

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural treatment without medication, but with specific exercises reactivating hormone production. The series of exercises is dynamic with specific breathing technique to massage and reactivate glands. It combines Energy Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Tibetan energy techniques and acts directly on the pituitary gland, thyroid, pancreas, sexual and adrenal glands.

HYT was specifically designed by Dinah Rodrigues for women with complaints caused by hormonal imbalances. Even if you don’t have any symptoms it’s very beneficial and works preventively. It's a very nice yoga series with strong distressing potential. It has been scientifically proven that stress has harmful effects on production of hormones. In HYT we pay a lot of attention to anti-stress exercises.

It also acts by preventing diseases caused by low hormone levels, such as osteoporosis, predisposition to cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. HYT is dynamic with nice relaxing moments and with a regular practice leads to quick results.




HYT was created by Brazilian psychologist Dinah Rodrigues, who for many years has studied and practiced various yoga techniques, especially Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and also the Chinese and Tibetan systems of work with energy.

The therapy was founded at the instigation of her gynecologist Dr. L.M. Nardozy, who could not believe that the reason of her excellent state of health and levels of hormones, which retains even in her 65 years, may be yoga.

Dinah began intensively tackling the issue and since 1992 is now teaching and continually improving the method of HYT.

Today Dinah is 89 years old and she is still holding workshops and seminars around the globe. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Dinah personally and to have learned the method directly from her.
