Hormone Yoga Therapy consists of a series of exercises specific to reactivate hormone production and consequently eliminate the symptoms of low hormones.

Hormone yoga is therapeutic and is based in physiology. It combines Energy yoga, Kundalini yoga and Tibetan energy techniques. The poses are dynamic with strong breathing exercises to massage and reactivate the glands.
