Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural treatment consisting in a series of exercises designed to reactivate hormone production. HYT is therapeutic and based on physiology. It’s a holistic treatment that brings vitality and health by eliminating symptoms of low hormones. The series is dynamic and it leads to quick results with a regular practice. HYT is a wonderful way to work with hormonal imbalances as it helps to increase energy, bring back joy and restore health.
HYT was specifically designed by Dinah Rodrigues for women with complaints caused by hormonal imbalances. It contains special exercises to reactivate the production and harmonization of hormones. Even if you don’t have any symptoms it’s very beneficial and works preventively. You stay young and healthy longer. There is a series specific for women and for people with (or predisposition to) diabetes.
